Jennifer Hatalla, LMHC
Jenn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has developed her career as a therapist with kids and families for more than 9 years. Jenn graduated in 2014 with her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University. Her experience includes providing therapy in outpatient, hospital and various school settings. Most recently Jenn comes to us after working in a residential school for over 5 years with children aged 5-21 and their families providing individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy.
Jenn loves helping kids and families and believes in providing strength-based, client centered psychotherapy in a supportive, caring and non-judgmental space to collaboratively work through the challenges that may feel overwhelming at times. She has drawn upon a variety of approaches in her work including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and person-centered therapies.
In her free time Jenn enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, tending to her indoor plants, creating art of all kinds and spending time with family.
